The Moody Center
Jeff represented The University of Texas at Austin on the procurement, financing, and development of the Moody Center, a $375 million, best-in-class multi-purpose arena, in partnership with Live Nation Entertainment and the Oak View Group. In addition to hosting UT men's and women's basketball games, the Moody Center has topped Billboard Magazine's list of highest-grossing arenas every year since it opened in April of 2022.

Jones AT&T Stadium
Jeff represented Texas Tech University on a $240 million foundation-led renovation of Jones AT&T Stadium. The project includes a new south end zone with suites and club space, along with a state-of-the-art practice facility. The project was financed through the Red Raider Facilities foundation using a low-interest, tax-exempt syndicated credit facility. Texas Tech took ownership of the improvements upon substantial completion.

The Texas A&M Hotel
Jeff represented The Texas A&M University System on the financing and development of the Doug Pitcock '49 Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, across from Kyle Field. In addition to serving as home to game day festivities and university conferences, the hotel also offers hands-on learning opportunities for students at the Texas A&M Department of Hospitality. Completed in 2018, the hotel was delivered through a public-private partnership with a nonprofit corporation. Jeff led negotiations for the financing documents, development agreement, and hotel operating agreement on behalf of Texas A&M.

The WaterHub Project
Jeff represented The University of Texas at Austin on a public-private partnership for the WaterHub, a research-oriented wastewater recapture facility. The privately financed WaterHub delivers processed wastewater to UT's chilling towers, saving the University millions annually in utility costs, and enhancing energy reliability to support UT's critical research activities.

Texas Tech Data Center Development
Jeff represented the Texas Tech University System on the negotiation of a long-term ground lease with a private corporation for a large-scale data center development in Carson County, Texas. Once developed, the project will be the largest data center project in Texas, powered by on-site nuclear, natural gas, and solar energy. The project will also incorporate institutional uses, including an on-site Texas Tech research data center and educational partnerships with tenants.

Helix Park at the Texas Medical Center
Jeff represented The Texas A&M University System on a multiparty public-private partnership transaction with TMC3 Development Corporation, The University of Texas System, and the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, for the financing and construction of a collaborative medical research development in Houston, Texas. Helix Park serves as the anchoring development for the Texas Medical Center District, fostering a collaborative research environment among the leading Tier-One research institutions in Texas.
